Problématique du client
Laying all primary and secondary ducts over 15 km inside the tunnel of Line 16 of the Grand Paris respecting all the requirements of the Société du Grand Paris.

Solutions

In front of this technical challenge and in collaboration with our customer (Razel-Bec), we’ve realized this difficult jobsite.

Thank to Marais specific and customized laying box system, we’ve been able to simultaneously lay 15 x HDPE ducts of 40 mm and 18 x 32 mm for the secondary network with progressive concrete pouring. For the primary network instead, we’ve laid 30 x HDPE ducts of 32 mm.

Resultats
This strategic choice, aimed at optimizing the concrete pouring and preventing any blockage during the laying, enabled us to achieve a performance up to 600 linear meters of full ducts installation per day.
